Getting there

From Barcelona

  1. Take the AP-7 motorway out of Barcelona, direction Girona-França..
  2. DTake Exit 4 towards Figueres/Roses to get off the motorway..
  3. Take the N-II towards Roses.
  4. In Vilatenim, take the C-260, which will lead you to Castelló.
  5. It is advisable to access the town using the old Roses road.

From France

  1. Arrive on the AP-7 through La Jonquera direction Girona-Barcelona.
  2. Take Exit 3 – Figueres.
  3. Take the N-II national road towards Girona.
  4. In Vilatenim, take the C-260, which will lead you to Castelló.
  5. It is advisable to access the town using the old Roses road.

Parking

Castelló has free parking in the Rentador area (in front of the Joana d’Empúries school and the health centre), and in front the La Farinera museum. Both parking lots are very close to the church of Santa Maria.
