Nascuda a Cervera (Lleida), inicia els seus estudis musicals als sis anys en el Conservatori de Cervera. Posteriorment estudia en les Universitats de Graz, Basilea i Berlín. En 2012 finalitza el Màster de Gestió Cultural en la UOC. Ha participat com a solista amb l'Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, l'Orquestra Simfònica Julià Carbonell, o la Camerata Musica de Viena. És membre de la Jove Orquestra Simfònica de Catalunya, violoncel principal de la JONDE, la European Union Youth Orchestra i la Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester. Col·labora regularment amb l'OBC, l'orquestra del Gran Teatre del Liceu, la Konzerthaus Orchester de Berlín o la Simfonieorchester de Basilea, i ha treballat amb directors com Claudio Abbado, Carlo Maria Giulini, Sir Colin Davis, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Bernhard Haitink, Sir Neville Marriner o Pierre Boulez.
Estudia a Sòria i Madrid i continua la seva formació a Saragossa i a la Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” de Berlín. Ha rebut, entre d'altres, el Primer premi en el 80è Concurso de Jóvenes Intérpretes de España. En l’apartat de música de cambra, ha estat semifinalista en el Concurs de Ginebra i ha guanyat el primer premi de la Irene Steels-Wilsing Competition (Heidelberg, 2018). Ha rebut beques d’IberCaja, el Govern d’Aragó i la Irene Steels-Wilsing Stiftung. Ha actuat en importants sales i festivals d’Europa i Àsia, formant part d'orquestres com la Joven Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León, BCN216, l'Aurora Orchestra Festival i la Orquesta de Cámara Reina Sofía. Com a solista ha actuat amb l'Orquestra Do Norte, la Madrid Sinfonietta Orchestra o la Musethica Orchestra Festival. Des del 2016 és membre del Cosmos Quartet, formació que forma part de l’Academia European Chamber Music Academy.
Lucas Huber Sierra was raised in Madrid, where he began his musical training. He completed his studies in Cologne and Lübeck with the highest marks in the classes of Joseph Anto Scherrer and Konrad Elser. Further mentors include Claudio Martínez Mehner, Pierre-Laurent Aimard, Anthony Spiri, Thomas Quasthoff and Christoph Prégardien. During the academic course 24/25 he is a scholarship holder of the Heidelberger Frühling lied academy, under the artistic direction of Thomas Hampson. In addition to his occupation as a piano teacher, he works as an accompanist at the HfM Hanns Eisler for the voice class of Stephan Rügamer. As a prize winner of major international competitions, Lucas has recorded for broadcasts by various German radio stations. Currently, he is studying song accompaniment with Wolfram Rieger in Berlin.
Magnus Svensson is acknowledged as one of the leading Scandinavian accompanists, collaborating with singers worldwide including Dorothea Röschmann, Nina Stemme, Christophe Prégardien, Malin Byström, Benjamin Appl, Miah Persson or Irène Theorin, as well as rising stars such as Christina Nilsson and Johanna Wallroth. He is a regular solo guest, chamber musician and accompanist at leading music venues and festivals across Scandinavia, Europe, and the United States. A highly respected programmer, he curates the prestigious Lied series for the Konserthuset. He has been the Musical Editor at The Royal Swedish Academy of Music since 2012 and has since published over 750 new editions of Swedish music. He teaches at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm as well as at The College of Music and Opera at Mälardalens University.
Recognised at the highest international level as one of the UK’s leading accompanists, he has performed worldwide alongside the world’s greatest singers including Sir Thomas Allen, Dame Janet Baker, Florian Boesch, Elīna Garanča, Angela Gheorghiu, Susan Graham, Thomas Hampson, Sir Simon Keenlyside, Angelika Kirchschlager, Dame Felicity Lott, Anne Sofie von Otter, and Sonya Yoncheva. He has appeared at the world’s principal venues including Barbican Centre, Berlin State Opera, Carnegie Hall, Concertgebouw, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Mariinsky Theatre, Metropolitan Opera, Munich Opera, Paris Opera, Royal Opera House, La Scala, Teatro Real, Salzburg Mozarteum, Vienna’s Konzerthaus, Musikverein and Wigmore Hall, amongst others. Malcolm is a Professor of piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music and an Honorary Doctor and International Fellow of Accompaniment at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
