Anna-Lena Elbert, soprano

Born in 1994 in Munich, soprano Anna-Lena Elbert completed her vocal studies at the Munich University of Music and Theatre with a Master's degree in song interpretation, and she is maintaining a packed concert schedule with a wide-ranging repertoire. She has performed with orchestras such as the Munich Symphony Orchestra, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Hofkapelle Stuttgart, the Berlin Baroque Soloists, the Porto Symphony Orchestra and the Budapest Festival Orchestra. She has a special passion for chamber music and song composition. A winner of the Richard Strauss Lied Competition and the International Helmut Deutsch Lied Competition, she gives regular recitals, including at the Schubertíada in Spain, at the Beethovenhaus Bonn and at the Lockenhaus Festival. Her song repertoire contains works by Schubert, Schumann, Debussy, Strauss, Zemlinsky, Hindemith and many more.
